Mobile precast factory measuring 230m long x 20m wide.  Consisting of 5 large steel casting beds of approximately 800m2 with the largest being 6.4m wide and 36m in length.  We can cater for all shapes and sizes of pre-cast elements.  The shed is also equipped with a 10t, 20t & 30t capacity overhead crane allowing us to cast large size items undercover and out of the elements.  We are located on 7 acres of land which allows us flexibility to cast larger pre-cast concrete elements outside such as beams, pits and planks.  The largest element cast outside our factory was 22m in length, 1.5m wide & 1.5m thick weighing approximately 160ton.

We have produced all types of precast concrete products ranging from precast pits, sleepers, footings, barriers, wall panels both flat & curved, coloured, polished and exposed aggregate finishes as well as columns and beams and delivered them throughout Victoria. We offer a complete service for the supply and installation of all precast elements including design, detailing, fabrication, transport and erection.

We have a fleet of prime movers, drop deck and flat top trailers as well as a range of panel transport frames including super layover frame capable of transporting panels up to 4.6m wide.  This allows us excellent flexibility and control of deliveries to projects on time without delay.
